Terms & Conditions
The customer will be invoiced for the cost of the items purchased and for shipping charges (at cost) and import duty payable (where applicable).
Payment: We accept payment by the following methods:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (SWIFT Deposit or Telegraphic Transfer) – payments must be in Australian dollars
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express)
All prices on the Bioaustralis website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST (payable in Australia only).
Goods will be shipped once payment is confirmed.
Shipping and delivery:
To destinations outside Australia:
- FedEx international priority
- Customer’s carrier if available
To destinations within Australia:
- A charge of $20 is placed on all orders shipped within Australia
Items in the BioAustralis catalogue are generally in stock and can be shipped within 5 working days of receipt of purchase order.
Returns: Within 14 days of receipt of goods, only on prior authorization by BioAustralis. Shipping charges and duties at customer’s own expense.
Warranty: Products supplied by BioAustralis are produced by fermentation and isolated as the pure chemical, or are synthetic. Our products do not contain any product of animal origin nor have they come in contact or co-mingled with any product of animal origin.
BioAustralis guarantees that their products conform to the identity and purity described in the Product Data Sheet when shipped.
Liability for incorrect or faulty goods is limited to the purchase price or replacement of the product concerned.
Conditions of use: These microbial metabolites are for in vitro laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. Microbial metabolites should only be handled by trained laboratory staff. Safety Data Sheets are provided with each microbial metabolite; in many cases, however, toxicity is unknown and the products should be handled appropriately.
Storage and shelf-life: BioAustralis products are shipped at ambient temperature. Recommended long-term storage is -20oC. Products are generally stable for at least 30 months. Certificates of analysis are provided on request.
