Himbosine
Application Notes
Himbosine is apiperidine alkaloid with a complex polycyclic scaffold first isolated from Galbulimima sp., a magnolia species native to Australia and South East Asia, and reported in 1967 by Taylor and co-workers, University of Sydney, Australia. The bioactivity of himbosine has not been extensively investigated.
